KritIQ Labs LLP was founded in 2024 as a Limited Liability Partnership, registered under the LLP Act, 2008 with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India. We started building because we kept seeing the same problem across Indian real estate and housing: software that was overcomplicated, overpriced, or simply didn't work the way the people using it actually needed. So we started building products and services that do.
